How can you be expected to lose weight and get in shape when you have so little energy?

Our modern lifestyles are so out of sync with what our bodies are designed to do. Feeling unhealthy, lethargic and struggling with low energy is almost considered normal these days.

I used to think like that to.

Even though I was fit and supposedly eating right I felt lethargic, tired and worn out. I honestly felt 20 years older. I put it down to working long hours and lack of sleep. I accepted it as part of life. 

My clients were the exact same. Not only did they struggle with low energy, mood swings and lack of focus they also found following a weight loss plan draining. Training up to 6 days a week and watching every morsel of food is not only physically draining but also mentally draining. They simply accepted weight loss as being hard.

But it's not meant to be this way. We were just following the wrong advice.

Low fat, low calorie diets don't work they just put more stress on our system and make us fatter.

Following a very low carb diet can drain your energy, which is last thing you probably want.

Too much exercise will sap your energy too.

So what's the solution?
