I have developed this system over the last 10 years and I continue to modify and develop it as I learn more effective ways of helping people like you get what they want.

When clients hire me it is for far more than just Personal Training it is for the entire step by step system to achieve their health and fitness goals.

First of all we start with developing the right mindset to create the motivation needed to succeed. I'm always amazed at asking prospects what they want and getting the exact same answers. 'I want to lose weight and tone up'. There is nothing motivating about losing weight and toning up. The motivation lies in discovering what you really want and why.

Here's an example:

When I spoke to Vivienne she said the same thing most people do 'I want to lose weight and tone up'. I dug a bit deeper and we discovered that she really wanted to get healthy and feel better so she could spend better quality time with her kids. Sure she wanted to look better and feel more confident, be able to buy clothes and not worry about her size. But the real emotion lay in the fact that looking after herself and becoming healthy and fit was going to improve her children's lives and her relationship with them and her husband. So much so that she cried when she realised this.

That is what I mean by what you really want and why.

The next step in the system is nutrition. Now on the most basic of levels I could just tell you to eat better.
