just about eating less and exercising more. Unfortunately most people
still think like that. Getting the results you want is about doing
certain things in a certain way. There's a formula to it.
The TNT Coaching System I have developed provides you with that formula. It works, but only if you, the client, work the system. The closer you follow it the better your results will be.

Nutrition Requirements:

The TNT Coaching System
Nutrition Requirements:
- Record all food and drink consumed using the NewEnergy Nutritional Journaland submit it weekly for review
- Eliminate all processed foods for 2 weeks
- Eliminate wheat from your diet
- Add in certain foods to your nutritional plan such as nuts and certain healthy oils
- Be open to open to using certain supplements to help the process
- Eliminate Alcohol, tea, coffee, juices and fizzy drinks for 2 weeks minimum
Training requirements:
- Arrive on time for every training session
- Give 24 hrs notice for cancellation of any sessions (otherwise full price will be charged)
- Bring your NewEnergy programme log sheets with you every session.
- All clients must want to get fitter and stonger. This may sound obvious but I have met many people who want the results without putting in the work. All I ask is that you challenge yourself when training and look to beat your previous sessions by lifting heavier weights, training harder, doing more repititions etc.
Honesty:
To get results you must be 100% honest with me. If you slip up, tell me. If you find certain things difficult, tell me. You are not expected to do this on your own and I will give 100% commitment to you provided you do the same with me.
