Training doesn't work! I may be considered as one of the top Personal Trainers in Dublin but a while back I decided to stop calling myself a Personal Trainer. Instead I use the term Health & Fitness Coach. The reason is that most Personal Training tends to start and stop with the training session. The rest is usually left up to you. This leads to many disappointed clients who fail to get the results they want. Why? What you do with a trainer in an hour session is only a drop in the ocean compared to the 168 hours in the week that you have. If you are serious about getting results you'll know that it's what you do outside of the training sessions that matters most. Sure a good training session will help but what happens when I'm not there? That's why I have developed The NewEnergy TNT Coaching System. So that I can coach you to succeed when I'm not around. Let's face it you are not going to hire me for the rest of your life. You can't hire me to follow you around 24/7. But you can develop the skills to empower yourself to succeed on your own TNT stands for Thoughts, Nutrition and Training. And it's in that order that we'll work together to achieve your goals. What's most important? You have around 60,000 thoughts a day, 3 meals and 1 training session. I have discovered over the years of training clients and studying mindset skills through NLP that once you develop the right attitude to succeed everything else becomes easier. It's my job to help you do that. Your nutrition plan will involve eliminating certain foods and changing the timing of your meals. You will also be required to take certain health supplements. Note: I'm not talking about diet pills or anything like that, the supplements I take and reccommend are to boost your health and are perfectly safe for you to use. Your training sessions will be tough. I won't lie to you and pretend they are going to be easy. But you can realise that anything worth having in life doesn't come to us with out hard work. I will simply challenge you to exceed your old physical limits so that you can burn more fat and drop the unwanted inches in minimal time.
